Playground Games new Fable reboot has been confirmed to not feature the dog! The furry-four-legged companion was beloved by many a Fable fan, with many choosing outright calamity in order to protect them.
Lead designer Ralph Fulton commented on the lack of Dog in the reboot as being a reality of development that mans best friend was cut from the release early on.
While this game won’t feature the bork machine, there is hope that should Playground work on a new entry, there may indeed be a dog.
