Always Sunny In Philadelphia creator and lead Rob Mac is making a Far Cry show! The lead "Always Sunny" actor is working with FX to produce a TV series based on the popular first person shooter developed by Ubisoft. With the Far Cry series being quiet since the lukewarm response to Far Cry 6, the news has come as a surprise to fans of the series.
There are no details on plot or setting at this time, but with Far Cry 1, Far Cry 2, Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4, Far Cry 5 and Far Cry 6 all having their own unique settings and characters, the series is wide open for experimentation on TV.
