Marc-Alexis Côté, the now former head honcho of the Assassin’s Creed brand recently took to LinkedIn to announce his departure from Ubisoft after 20 years.
Marc had been involved in the AC series since it’s early days and had key roles on Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, Odyssey and more recently with Assassin’s Creed Shadows. With Ubisoft forming a new subsidiary with Tencent called Vantage Studios, it would seem as though Marc and Vantage have differing ideas of where the Assassin’s Creed franchise should go next!
