Valve have revealed the new steam hardware, that the internet has lovingly dubbed the Steam Box, that works as a PC on your TV! Bringing the steam library into your living room, putting it in competition with the PlayStation and Xbox!
With the flexibility of a PC, and the easy access of a console, or Valve’s own Steam Deck, Valve is poised to step into the console market in a big way. When is the Steam Machine out? We hear you cry, well there’s no exact date right now, but the Steam Machine is targeting a Q1 2026 launch.
There are still many questions on the table. What is the Steam Machine Price? What is the Steam Machine Performance? When is the Steam Machine out? Why isn’t it called the Gabecube? Rest assured, we’re sure to get answers to all that and more when the Steam Machine launches in the first quarter of 2026.
