Nintendo has issued a warning to its Japanese customers over the Switch 2 pre-orders. Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa warned that due to overwhelming demand, many who put in a pre-order request might get bumped to the second wave, or beyond. Around 2.2 million requests have already been put in for the Japanese region, and this puts into question Nintendo’s ability to meet demand around the world.
In related news, U.S. customers will finally be able to get their pre-orders in starting midnight Eastern Time on April 24.
