Director Ridley Scott is showing some love to the upcoming Alien Film. That’s according to the 2024 sci-fi film’s director, Fede Alvarez. Ridley Scott serves as a producer on the film, so it was really important to Alvarez to get his sign off. “Even if he didn’t ask for it, I was gonna go there and sit at a table and look at him and get it. Even if he was gonna say, ‘You destroyed my legacy,’ I wanted to be in front of him and see him in the eye. I didn’t want to get an email where it says ‘Ridley says…’.” In other news, Disney’s Gargoyles animated series is getting a live-action series from Gary Dauberman. And finally, teaming up with the OG vampire hunter, Blade, in issue 11 of Miles Morales: Spider-Man, the Daywalker gifted the webhead a Vampire Suit to take care of those pesky Brooklyn bloodsuckers.
